iWeb/Connect 0.5
iWeb/Connect 0.5 is a night for kids in grades 6, 7 & 8 to play some crazy games, eat a bunch of candy and have some fun. It's also about finding out what a guy who lived 2,000 years ago has to do with Twilight, The Jonas Brothers and Transformers (the answer is; a lot!). But the most important thing about iWeb/Connect 0.5 is that it's all about building lasting friendships with other people. You see, for a lot of us, grades 6, 7 & 8 can actually be a time in our lives where we feel very alone and very insecure. We're all just figuring out who we are and where we fit in this world.
iWeb/Connect 0.5 is about having fun. But at it's heart, it's about giving pre-teens a place to come and hang out and realize that they are loved, that they matter and they are not alone! Make sure you come out one night and see what this whole Connect thing is all about! It might just be the place where you fit.
